Murray is an excellent agent who is polite, professional and has excellent knowledge of real estate. Murray's was an incredibly helpful in the sale of our property. This was the first time we have used Murray and we are using him again for the sale of another property which we now have under contract. We will, no doubt be using him again and Wellington Barber Real Estate in the future for all our metropolitan land/property purchases and sales.

I have never rented through a company as exceptional as Wellington and barber! They are amazing to deal with and the staff are lovely. Anita Hamilton was our agent and she is by far the most amazing and lovely property manager and person I have ever met! She is always so chatty and friendly at inspections and doesn't speak to you like your just a tenant. She follows up on any issues immediately and always communicates with you to let you know what's going on. We are so sad to be leaving Anita but we may see you again one day

I was referred to Murray by my hairdresser and met him soon thereafter. Murray was friendly and helpful from the start whilst wanting to get a thorough understanding of our situation. Murray understands the market well and that of the surrounding suburbs, past and present activity. Murray provided options for selling my property and the benefits of each.
